As of the 4th of March, Smarty Paws has been open for business for two whole years! What an incredible journey it has been so far. We would like to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported us, and to our loyal customers, we really appreciate that you trust us with your gorgeous dogs and are part of our Smarty Paws family!
Over the last two years, we have worked tirelessly to find staff that are passionate, caring and loving – that fit right in at Smarty Paws and deliver the highest quality services to you and your dogs. It has been such a pleasure to have the delightful Karen who has joined us on a self-employed basis, building up her own clientele. We also have the amazing Abbie who has joined us full time – we are so happy to have you and Amelia who has now been with us for a year, from doing a weeks work experience at school then joining us permanently on Saturday’s.
Here are Smarty Paws, we really are a family and are honoured to provide our services to you and your dogs. A particular highlight for us over the last two years has been meeting some of your dogs as tiny little puppies and giving them their first groom! It is such a special thing for us to see how they have grown and developed!
Reflecting back on our first year 2017, which saw us win the Best New Business of The Year in the Best of Broxtowe awards! This was such a great achievement for us, something that we are immensely proud of. It was so lovely to be recognised for all the hard work we have put in. We would like to say thank you to everyone who nominated us, and we are doing everything we can to maintain these high standards as we grow and keep improving our services.
Another major highlight has been the launch of Smarty Wedding Paws, our bespoke service that offers a variety of packages, from grooming to chaperoning – we want to help your dog be part of your special day. So far this has been a huge success, and you can look forward to hearing about this a bit more in the upcoming months.
